Co-expression Network Analysis

This module enables co-expression network analysis for your input interested gene list to uncover the biological processes and pathways involved. By identifying highly correlated co-expressed gene pairs and predicting novel gene functions, it provides functional insights into the gene set and reveals potential mechanistic relationships. Users can input differentially expressed gene list under specific conditions or gene cluster or one gene to perform co-expression network analysis. Please note that "positive" represents positive co-expression relationship with query gene and "negative" represents negative co-expression relationship with query gene.

No co-expression network is available for Acropora loripes in CnidoSite; showing Acropora digitifera instead. Networks exist for 31 species — see the selector below, or the species portal for what this species does provide.
1. Select Targeted Species
2. Input Interested Gene List
   Example: "ABC transporter" [Lophelia pertusa]
3. Select Co-expression Relationship
Note: "Positive" represents positive co-expression relationship with query gene, "Negative" represents negative co-expression relationship with query gene.
