The information of Pan-geneset is identified using the Count toolkit. The module also provides the gene family expansion and contraction information of each cnidarian species. The phylogenetic tree is constructed using the single-copy genes identified by OrthoFinder. Users can click the "Download" button to download the Pan-geneset data, including gene family membership, and gene family expansion and contraction results.
