Dynamic Expression View

This module enables dynamic co-expression network view for user-input gene list with their corresponding expression values across different conditions or developmental stages. By integrating gene expression profiles with co-expression networks, this module also provides insights into the underlying biological processes and pathways involved. Users can perform co-expression network analysis for interested gene list to obtain co-expression gene pairs firstly and then provide dynamic expression view based on the expression values of these genes under different conditions or developmental stages.

4. Select Threshold for Gene Expression Ratio
Red    Blue
Note: Red indicates upregulated genes, blue indicates downregulated genes.
