Orthologous gene families (orthogroups) inferred by OrthoFinder across the cnidarian proteomes hosted here.
Every family is annotated with the function that its member genes agree on: each Pfam domain, PANTHER
family, GO term and KEGG orthology entry is counted across the family and reported with the fraction of member
genes that carry it. 100% means the whole family agrees (the strict consensus); 80% and 50%
are the relaxed tiers. Search below by function name, domain accession (e.g. PF00069), GO term
(GO:0006355), KEGG orthology (K05111), or by family ID.
A family's gene count is the number of distinct annotated genes, counted per species. Two of the source proteomes (Alatina alata and Calvadosia cruxmelitensis) list one gene identifier on several different sequences; those extra sequences are shown separately as “sequences” where they occur, and are not counted twice towards the consensus below, because the underlying annotation is stored per gene identifier.
