Why do only some datasets have an atlas? This table indexes
33 datasets across
15 species; an interactive projection is provided for the
15 datasets whose source study deposited a processed UMAP embedding and a cell-type marker table. For the others CnidoSite gives the sample metadata, the BioProject/SRA links and the original reference, but cannot recompute an atlas from raw reads.
